1. Measure the knuckle ridge for a precise fit. (3 to 6 inches).
2. Tighten wingnut to hold position.
3. Slide gauze through clip.
4. Build Pad. 15-25 loops.
(Do not tighten as you build, this will cause gauze to retract and affect sizing).
